Slavic Marriage Convention

The most important occurrence in a Slavic home is the ceremony ceremony, which is often celebrated in flower, summer or autumn. It was considered a bad sign to get off the veil during the festival, and in ancient times it was typical to condemn a wedding who did so.

After the service the newlyweds walk through the streets of the village, with people throwing grains of rice, sweets and cash for happiness and prosperity. They also quit at localized monuments and offer tribute. The wedding ceremony is supervised by a master of ceremonies called a” Tamada”. He is a raucous friend who runs the numerous competitions.

When the bride leaves her parents ‘ property, she takes with her a blanket that she should keep, not to give away or allow someone touch. The couple’s family tested the wedding by asking her questions and requesting waters from her. If they placed funds on a box, the bride had offer them waters or answers their inquiries.
